In this activity (1 point of your mark) we are going to explain a pose giving the basic steps to reproduce it.
In order to do this activity:
- We are going to get the info from the site Yoga Journal [yogajournal.com].
- Open this file and search your initials [goo.gl/ghhE4p] (un enlace alternativo). Click then in your given asana.
- We are going to use only one side of a blank A4 paper.
- We note down in the title the original asana name and its "image" between brackets. In example:
- We draw (by hand) the final pose.
- We summarize with numbers the sequence to do the pose. (Handwritten). It is explained by far in Yoga Journal but I encourage you to simplify the steps as you can. In example:
Stand upright with parallel feet. Without bending your knees and keeping your legs straight, exhale and bend forward from your hip joints, moving your torso and head as one unit.
